Calgary Bay Pier
After yesterday's glorious sunshine during our visit to Staffa the weather turned against us.
Lashing rain and high winds with uniform grey skies were the order of the day.
I pulled on my wet weather gear and went to stretch my legs. This shot was taken from the disused pier in Calgary bay. The pier is being broken apart by the force of the Atlantic.
Calgary bay beach is one of the nicest up the west coast of Scotland. Not that you can tell from this picture!
Remember, there is no such thing as bad weather. Only the wrong clothing!
Hope everyone else had much better weather than we did.
