Public loos

These are everywhere, offering expensive and revolting mobile toilet services. This one cost 20 roubles (~£0.50) and doesn't give a discount for veterans, though some others do. I have never seen the old babushka in charge of it move or do anything other than sit and read. Who employs her? How much money does she make? Who uses these loos?
