How to spend a sunny afternoon...

Two Calgarians enjoy the lovely late summer we're having here by fishing in the Elbow river.

I was standing on a nearby bridge and was able to watch the fish lurking in the deeper slower, moving waters contemplating whether to bite the bait or not.

These fish would witness one of their own darting for a bait before being yanked out of the water never to return...... and yet a minute or two later, another from their midst would fall for the same trick.
