Final day of the first batch of Momenta coach training. Psychologists, Paul and Rebecca (pictured with some if the coaches), facilitate small group sessions.

The first pilots start at a selection of DC Leisure centres, Citypoint and the Cotswolds in just over a week. It's been an interesting, informative and challenging few days. I wish them all the best for the pilot and look forward to hearing the progress reports in a few months.
