Western Cape Gymnastics Championships

My daugher came tenth in her level and is a reserve for nationals next month. This is a fantastic achievement as we live in a small town with a tiny gymnastics facility with aging equipment and she only trains for 7 hours a week.

She was competing against city gymnasts who train 16 to 20 hours a week in state-of-the art facilities.
