tomatillos

tomatillos are not quite the same as armadillos - the tomatillo (Physalis philadelphica) is a staple food in Mexico (so I've heard) and I grew it for the first time in my garden this year and ate it for the first time tonight. As it's totally easy to grow and tastes alright, I reckon it's earnt itself a place for next year too.
