The Intruder

He is glaring at me as if I'm the oddity!

I walked through the garden today to give the chickens some rice left over from dinner. Standing in the middle of the grass was this goat - an intruder from next door.

He had escaped his fencing and decided that the grass was indeed greener on our side of the wall. On seeing me approach he jumped onto the dry stone wall and proceed to eat the oak tree.

How cheeky!

He has been chewing the ancient tree, knocking stones off the wall and generally helping himself to what ever greens he wishes.

It is very difficult to argue with a goat.
