Birds Eye View...

...of a Bird, or more accurately a Tern, Arctic Tern to be precise. Sounds a bit like "The name's Bond, James Bond"

Edited to say I may have to downgrade this to Common Tern, not Arctic Tern. Beak colour and blackness in the wings suggest Common.
