You wouldn't mess with Mrs. W. Seriously! Once she leaves that pavement and strides into the middle of the road ... she's a 'woman on a mission' ... a mission to stop the traffic and you stop ... believe me ... you stop.

That lollipop doubles as a martial arts weapon. Mrs W is a Black Belt in the ancient martial art of 'lollipop twirling'. I'm sure that she was an extra in 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon'. She probably instructed Bruce Lee ... I suspect she might be a Ninja assassin ...
