fred's

Fred's Texas Cafe. An institution around Fort Worth. The neighborhood we live in used to be nothing be flat empty fields and warehouses. Now its all built up and full of mixed-used spaces: first floor-restaurants and retail, floors 2-5 apts. But Fred's has been here from the beginning.

It's a great place for a burger, a beer, & a bit of country music (if you are into country music-though, they do feature live music from other genres sometimes.) Oh, and on Sunday's they have a great brunch.

Today/tonight was good. I wasn't in a good mood this morning (just woke up grumpy), but working-out in between anatomy lab and the mock practical helped.

More studying tonight. big surprise there.
