7th Day - Let's Do the Monochrome
"It doesn't mean that if it's colorless it is lifeless" - by Me. :D
7th day on the challenge, 1 week done but I still have a long way to go, hahaha.
By the way, I just wanted to thank my good friend Olga on this post for showing me how to blip and what it's all about. And also I would like to thank Julie as well, for this amazing challenge! Been learning a lot since day one. :D 23 more days to go!
I've always loved black and white pictures. I'll always be a fan of such pictures. There is this different kind of drama from monochrome pictures. It invokes the senses by letting you "fill in the blanks"...
It makes you imagine things... It makes you ask, could this be red? Could this be green? Maybe it's yellow? It gives you time to imagine. Would it have been a hot day? Was it raining when this shot was taken?
For me, monochrome pictures are like reading books without pictures... It gives you leads but it lets you finish the thought.
