Ennerdale

The ridge is most of the first half of the Ennerdale Horseshoe, one of the classic long lakeland races. 23 miles with 7500 feet of ascent and descent; the male record of 03:20:57 is held by Kenny Stuart (1985) and the female record is 04:01:33 helf by Janet McIver (2008)
