Higher Art

These are the gates at the east entrance to the Botanics. They remind me of my higher art project which was a design of silver flower earrings and matching bracelet.

The design looked great on paper but I hadn't given much thought as to how there were actually going to be made.

As usual I had left it to the last minute and had to get my good old Dad to save the day which involved hours of soldering wire together. A few swear words were had but as always Dad came through and achieved a B in higher art!
