THE DARK SIDE

The Black billed Gull or LARUS BULLERI is quite different to the red billed gull the latter having dark wings whereas the black billed has light ones - and of course the bill is a different colour. They are similar in size -

I have to say (between the two) if I had a favourite it would be the red billed.

I note this one is ringed on both legs - which raised the question in my mind as to who put the rings on and who would be interested - I dont know !! I must contact the ornathological society!!

A fellow blipper might know ??
