Pinkish sky behind trees

I spent part of the afternoon looking around at what to blip when I saw a mural I wanted to capture. My camera then advised me that it did not contain a memory card. So on top of four spare batteries (see July 1st blip) I will need to carry around a spare memory card. (Thinking of carrying a spare camera just in case!)

I came back home as the sun was going down, leaving an amazing sky of pink tainted waves of clouds separated by many parallel strips of blue sky. An unusual evening sky. I rushed home but alas, the sun had nearly finished its teasing set.

I just managed to take a few glimpses of it through the numerous trees on my street. So this is what you get. A pinkish sky behind a bunch of dark trees.

Take heart, who knows what tomorrow will bring... after work. My first day at the new job.
