Maidens Walk

I'm not sure if many maidens walk along this path in Gateshead any more; it's almost entirely been given over to the graffitti urban artists. I find it interesting that most of the large scale urban art has been covered with scribble-y graffitti by the local youth (who he?), except for this piece which has remained unsullied for some time now, possibly months.
