Mince and onion pie

Decided to blow the diet today and depart from my usual choice of cooking to make a pie. Well it is getting to that time of year, and the wind and rain outside make comfort food all the more appealing. Anyway, i was pleased with how it turned out, and believe me, it tastes as good as it looks. :-)
Hopefully i'm off out for a walk in Derbyshire tomorrow, weather permitting, so off to bed for me ready for an early start. Will catch up on commenting tomorrow.
