Flowerpot man

As the weather has been awful today I have plumped for another bit of stencil art from the underpass.
Seems to be a flowerpot with attitude. The meaning is lost on me but it makes me chuckle.
I see I have gone above 700 views for the 34 blips I have submitted so far. That will do me nicely, so thanks for looking folks.
