Shall I or shan't I?

The question is to open or not; yes another rather desperate blip but the question does remain...I don't have a good reason to open the bottle but on the other hand I don't have a reason not to... save my liver.

I didn't read the label on the back of this bottle which was recommended to me by a young male friend, I let slip that my wine of choice at present is Jacobs Creek Merlot, then told me that that this could be bought at Aldi for half the price and I would like it.
That remains to be seen or should say tasted....
Its been a miserable day here dull light drizzle and I keep falling asleep...before I open the bottle!
