Dictionary Scribbles
Mum wanted to look up the German word 'spiegelei', which she has long thought means 'fried egg', but she had heard something that made her doubt it. So I dug out the family German dictionary, which I used during my GCSEs.
On opening it, I was greeted by this conversation we'd clearly been having in one (or more) lesson. I might have moaned my way through it, but we had some fun!
(Have blurred out the address and phone number, even though they are old ones.)
Was a bit torn today, my other blip possibility was of my ticket from my second viewing of Deathly Hallows II. Was weird to think it might be the last time I watch Harry Potter in the cinema.
It is brilliant. And the one out of the eight films that I can least nit-pick about. I reckon I cried through about 90% of it. I never used to be like this, getting softer and softer with age!
