military plane over Edinburgh

Was sitting around thinking what i going to do about a blip today as I knew I would be in the house allday then I notice this plane flying over which I found strange as planes dont usually fly over my house. I then noticed it again flying over so decided to go outside to take a look.

I then noticed it was circling over Edinburgh and was flying very low with its landing gear out(which you can see in the photo). So I started taking pics of it. It made about 6 past over my house in which time I got loads of pics of it.

Found out later that it was military plane with injured personel and that it had a flap issue which caused it to burn fuel before landing.
