Bonaly Reservoir
Unusual to be running on Monday morning but glad I was because the weather was perfect. Not a breath of wind so Bonaly Reservoir was like a millpond.
On the way back down into Currie I counted the circuits of a military Tristar circling Edinburgh. Apparently it was burning fuel before an emergency landing because it had "a problem with its wings". That's rather amusing journalese for it having a flaps problem. It all ended well but not nice for those on-board.
