Cava Mojito

Sunday evening was the annual End-Of-Festival Fireworks display in Edinburgh and for the first time in years I went to my friend's flat to watch them. The last few years I've got tickets for Princes Street Gardens and done the whole picnic thing, which I thoroughly enjoy. This year, for various reasons, I didn't arrange tickets so invited myself over to Cat's, where you can usually only see the high ones but the booze is more exciting and access to the loo is a lot easier.

Cava Mojitos are like an ordinary Mojitos but instead of soda you use cava, and they are very, very yummy.
