Canada Geese

The Independent, a UK paper, suggests that Canada geese be culled for high-end food. Everywhere they collect, especially large grassy areas like parks, these birds leave a mess behind on the grass.

Other companies collect goose down for clothing and duvets.

They make good guard animals in some situations.


I changed my blipname to eo today in the pursuit of simplicity and the eschewment of cuteness. No more "pix". Besides, I like how eo almost looks like the symbol for infinity. Hmm. That's not so simple after all.
