new piercings!

saw C at the mall with her mom. her mom mentioned that C wanted to get her ears pierced for awhile, but she was scared. my sister & i tried to convince her to get one by telling her it didn't hurt & that it would look really cute. when we left the mall, she was still undecided. fast forward about an hour or two later, C is knocking on our door to show us her freshly pierced ears! the stone on the earring is the august birthstone, which is peridot. apparently she didn't cry or anything. i think her mom was more scared than her! woohoo much braver than other kids i know ;)
