Water Tower

This is an old no longer used water tower.
It stands on what used to be Muirhouse Farm, Motherwell which in turn was part of the Dalziel Estate.
Now completely surrounded by houses but it may have a future use.
Apparently the actress Gwyneth Paltrow wants to convert it into a house. Magnificent views from it and it can be seen from as far away as the M8.

Having a great time this weekend. The kirk was fine and there was a lovely christening today with the baby obviously a future choir member since he was in direct competition with them.....
