Out on the bike

Today was my first time as a spectator at a Triathlon, I was too late in entering so missed out but went along to support K and the others.

It was wet, not just in the lake but with the rain! It was K's first open water Tri and has made me even more determined to get into the open water tri's next year.

K did brill and was pleased with her time 1hr 3min, which is great, I know I would have been slower, she always beats me :)

So now the sun is out and its time for me to get my trainers on and do a few miles!
