All flat out

Somehow, I don't know how I've trapped nerves in my back and moving is tricky. Tough for someone who likes to be on the go.
Anyway Blips may be a bit erratic at present as I can't concentrate even on phone photos, though I'm signed off work & bored.
But for today the girlees are joining me in doing nothing!
