... and anyway, this is a weed.

But there are stories here. Some weeks ago we had a storm that stripped the tips off the neighbouring Sequoia and deposited them all over our rooves, blocking gutters and downpipes. Just one of these browning tips can be seen here.

Also, it is that time of year again when we have to clip the hawthorn hedges. I park my wheel barrow here and you can see berries from the hedge where they have fallen out.
