Flight paths

I took this photo this morning while out on my walk/run. It turned lovely and warm midway through the morning. The cat decided to join me again today, even though I tried to persuade him to stay with some food. I am always scared I'll fall over him because he insists on weaving between my feet while I walk.
Halfway along, I turned back and he wasn't there, so I assumed he had gone back home. But a couple of hours later, I went out to look for him as I hadn't seen him back at the house, and I found him curled under a bush, fast asleep where I had last seen him.
Sunday has always been a day for trails from jets being left across the sky. I'm not sure if more planes fly over us on a Sunday or if I just have more time to notice, but it is always eye catching.
