Grooming

Tonight as I prepare to leave for our Oregon vacation tomorrow morning....I look at Mara and decide she'd feel better if I gave her a bath. She has recently stopped grooming herself as she gets more feeble each day passes. I knew the petsitter/housesitter would appreciate it to. Bless her heart...she just couldn't resist me since she has little strength left. I washed her well and wrapped her in dry towels a few times until she was warm and dry. I'm going to miss this gal when she's gone. :(
