A gorgeous sky tonight...a fitting end to a great day.

Cake delivery this morning, snoozy afternoon, kneading dough this evening for pizza bases, polenta with roasted garlic, spinach and broccoli for dinner.

Anyone else find kneading dough extremely satisfying?
