Open hands

Today I learned (relearned?) a beautiful lesson about approaching difficult situations. If I focus on taking myself, my ego, my agenda out of the equation and approach the sensitive discussion with open hands and an open heart, the issues are less complicated, easier to see and thus to disentangle.

And other people might surprise me in their articulateness and wisdom.
