This wasn't exactly what I had in mind to blip when I got up this morning but when I arrived at Dirleton Castle I was told there would be a wedding taking place in the afternoon.

So, you've hired a 13th century castle as the venue complete with piper. You have 7 bridesmaids, 4 flower girls and a page boy. How else would you arrive!

The bride-to-be was kind enough to look my way as she passed (although she may have thought I was one of the many "official" photographers that I saw there)!

The castle itself was a fascinating place with all sorts of nooks and crannies. You can see some here in my blipfolio. I'm loving the new lens which was well used today.
