The circus came to town!

Had a lovely afternoon at today's circus-themed Village Fayre, which had to be the best yet.

The effort that must go into organising it is mind-boggling. As well as loads of interesting stalls there was a whole programme of entertainment, including a live band, a magician who my husband somehow managed to end up on stage with, and several local dance troupes, one of which had made it to the semi-finals of the last series of Britain's Got Talent.

I tried to get the same view as yesterday, this time with the fayre in place, but it was impossible to get any kind of decent shot so instead here are some of the hundreds of balloons that were released at the end. I love these balloon races - it's always so exciting to find out where they end up.
