Just Desserts

We've got my in-laws coming tomorrow, all 17 of them! I'll give the OM his due, he's organised lunch and cooked everything with his own fair hand. I'm just in charge of desserts. So using up all the free fruit I've been given recently I've done apple and blackberry crumble and raspberry triffle with the all important sherry. Tomorrow I'll throw together mini strawberry pavolovas! I did have to buy the strawberries.
