Blue Beach Taverna

We had the day off today because it was the May Bank Holiday in UK. The Republic had had May Day off, so the beach was quite quiet until lunch time.

Curium Beach is about 5 minutes drive from my house. It has 3 tavernas, the middle one of which is called Chris' Blue Beach (the others are the Curium Beach and the Sunshine). I went for a frappe at about 10:30 and stayed for a couple of hours because it was so quiet. At about 12:30, a coach load of elderly Germans arrived and were marshalled onto the verandah tables, despite the wind. This signalled the time for my departure. Suddenly the place was noisy and busy.

I decided to play about with the colour on this picture in honour of the taverna.
