.... I'm working later !

Got up for an early morning beasting at the gym - the calories of which I burned off were promptly put back on after having a very calorific roll with sausage and fried onion (Mmmmm !) for lunch.

This hydrangea hasn't been particularly pretty all summer, but today it somehow seemed blip-worthy.
