Twirly Tree

Caught the late evening light high up on this huge fir - it must have had trouble as a youngster finding the light. I love it's twirly shape -it sits up over my studio so I hope it stays upright for a good many more years! - it's at least 200 feet tall, and only has branches on the very top. (nothing is yellow - this is just how the light hit.....)
Yummy dinner here with C and P , and a great sunset for our last night on the island for awhile. Packing up tomorrow....
