Tigers Win!

A summer night at Comerica Park. And, what a night it was. Justin Verlander took a shutout into the eighth inning and recorded his 21st win of the season as the Tigers beat the White Sox 8-1. Tonight's win, as you can see, was also manager Jim Leyland's 500th win as manager of the Tigers. It was pretty hot for September though; 90 some degrees (F) at game time and still in the high 80's after the game. Yikes. Guess it's an AC night.
