Running experiment

The title works on two levels today.

Firstly, this morning, I ran my first ever 10km. It was a goal I'd set myself and today I achieved it.

Secondly, this afternoon, I had a play around with CS5's HDR Pro. The subject was running while the treatment was an experiment.
