The beautiful clouds this morning gave way to high temperatures. It was in the high 90s today and there is a heat advisory in effect until Saturday night. I'll be glad when fall weather makes its appearance.

The trailer/caravan in the picture is a portable stage that is set up in the park every summer. One side of it folds down to make the stage. There are free concerts in the park on Sunday evenings. Even though we live just a few blocks from the park, we haven't managed to make it to any of the concerts this summer. We went to a couple last year and they were okay. I suppose if they had been amazing we would have gone this year. This summer has been a lot hotter and by the time the concerts start, we're usually cocooned in our cozy house making dinner or watching TV.
