Baby Starlings getting too big for the nest!

I took this picture early this morning and shortly after noticed the nest was empty. Mama had all 3 babies out teaching them to fly. One was a little scared but would eventually got the idea. Brother came back as if to say, come on Bro, this flying stuff is FUN.
