Midday exercise

We took a break in Dulwich Park to play table tennis, but it got a little hot for me, although my game was better than the other day. The heat got to me in the end and we had to head home. I should have worn shorts!

I can explain the photo - I was trying to take a shot of myself on my bike, but my arm isn't long enough to get that angle. So it's a bit of me and most of Fred.
