Pretty blue flower

This little blue flower was near our holiday villa in Familacao, between Sao Marinho do Porto and Nazare on the Atlantic coast north of Lisbon. This is a relatively untouristy area, even though it has some excellent beaches and plenty of sightseeing interest round about.

I think the litle flower is some kind of larkspur but I'm not sure.
