Happy/sad Day

Bit of a strange day today lots of emotions going on, this morning I looked after my two grandaughters aged 5 & 8 yrs, full og giggles, laughter and please can I, took them down the town queued in Clarks shoe shop to pick up their school shoes that their mum had fitted and ordered yesterday!

This afternoon attended one of my good friends mums funeral :-( so very sad Julies family are a very close family was so sad listening to their memories of their mum and the memories of her grandaughter, just didn't seem right to be such a hot beautiful day saying farewell to someone who just loved life.

After that I went out to Colwell where my daughter and grandson were at the beach, was really strange, clear hot weather in Newport, then out to colwell and just warm with a sea mist, lots of people on the beach and in the sea swimming, I sat on the beach wall collecting my thoughts on todays events! Live for today as if iit's your last! Life is so short....
