Do you train for your job like this?

This is our entire staff during training today. We were learning the curriculum to teach about trees, so we made a tree out of people! This is just one of the random things we do throughout our 8 day training session. Right now there are three people sitting around watching me type this so I feel really pressured to write something funny or unique...shit
