I don't care if it's burnt, I'm having a slab!

I made a couscous cake last night ( staple goody for slimming world members ) and was so busy I forgot to take it out of the oven.

Despite being welded to the bottom of the tin I managed to chisel some off and have a slab. It was crispy yet delicious!

I don't think anyone in this house will want any which is good news - as that means lots more slabs for me!
