Lemon Glut 2

I made my first ever Lemon Meringue Pie. I reckon it looks appetising. The proof will be in the tasting.

Tomorrow is the annual Fairy Festival in Ellerslie, which we've made one of our family traditions to attend. Hopefully the Eldest is feeling well enough to go to, as it will DEFINITELY be a blipable location lot of fun.
