Sitting here at 7.30pm in Ottawa Canada and just realized that it's tomorrow in sunny Scotland. Tomorrow would have been My big sister Alisons 49th Birthday, she passed away nearly 3 years ago and I still struggle every day. She was funny, generous and the best sister ever.

Happy Birthday Ally Bally, luv & miss you very much. Part of my heart is gone forever, RIP xxxxx
